Hotel Nyx Cancun

Had excellent 7 days here thanks to its ideal staff and rooms. The room was renovated and available with a lagoon view.

I loved staff and location. I stayed in the room that was renovated and available with balcony. I stayed 2 nights and would come here again when visiting Mexico❤👍

We appreciated location and food, every detail required. We didn't have time and didn't visit the a la carte restaurant, but it seemed great.

The hotel was an excellent place for enjoying a shopping area, right by the beach and clearly waiting for an advanced tip to help and Cancun.

Everything was simply nice.

All in all everything was perfect, had a very nice stay on my vacation. The a double room was brand-new, included a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. I loved sitting on my nice balcony.

I had a very relaxing experience here, everything was excellent, the location was unbeatable so close to the Laguna, downtown.

The service was excellent, it had an amazing beachside restaurant.

extensive breakfasts, with a beautiful view. found in the beach area short walk to center of hotel zone as well as the beach.

Fairly clean and cozy hotel, views are exceptional, location is ideal and right on the beach.

The breakfast was delightful, the pool was well-maintained, the beds were lovely. Got standard room as expected, appreciated it. It was good to have mixed drinks in the outdoor bar. Had no problem using their easy free parking, the internet was very good;)))

Majestic hotel with dedicated staff and I loved super location. I stayed in the room that was renovated and available with the balcony, a king bed plus amazing views. The food was fantastic and there were plenty of dishes in the menu. The fact the service was superb too. Actually everything was beautiful, you're dope!

Superb view, lovely pool, air conditioned rooms. Staff were happy to help and overall they are professional people. The breakfast was varied & parking was on site.

The venue was tidy & huge. Location was wonderful, right next to a waterfront shopping center. Our room had a very comfy bed and an outstanding view. Beach restaurant was nice with perfect food.

Many things to like: decent food, absolutely delightful staff, fine bed...

Perfect location, COURTEOUS staff who made the stay very very good. We enjoyed the price of our double room and its essentials. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Zona Hotelera district.

The stay was fantastic. The staff was classy and the place was very clean. I loved the room, it was good enough and normal. The refreshing drinks in poolside bar were very welcome.

Unfortunately wifi was very poor.

It was not big hotel and we had a pleasant enough stay. Such huge rooms and SIMPLY DELICIOUS breakfast, liked it. Found in an safe area. Restaurant was charming and very tidy.

Communication was challenging, wi-fi was very spotty.

Coco bongo and other tourist spots were adjacent to this hotel. In love with Nyx Cancun. Room met requirements.

Room was big and pleasant to come back to. 4-star hotel in Cancun. I stayed here during the vacation and I loved it.
